PetroVietnam Power Nhon Trach 2 Joint Stock Company announces Board Resolution No.15 dated June 30, 2018 as follows:

The Board of Directors approved the dividend payment and the signing of the mortgage contract for the loans ensured by the Government for Nhon Trach 2 Power Plant:

1)    Dividend payment:

-          Payment ratio: 27.92%/par value (2,792 dongs/share)

-          Financial resource: the accumulated undistributed profit after tax from 06/20/2007 to 12/31/2015.

-          Payment time: in July 2018

2)    The Board of Directors signed the mortgage contract for the loans ensured by the Government for Nhon Trach 2 Power Plant.
