SFG: Board resolution on choosing an audit company

On June 30, 2018, the Board of Directors of The Southern Fertilizer Joint Stock Company (stock code: SFG) decided to choose AASC Auditing Firm Company Limited to be the audit firm for SFG in 2018.

The Board of Directors appointed Mr. Dang Tan Thanh, Director of Cuu Long Fertilizer Plant, to be the Deputy CEO of The Southern Fertilizer Joint Stock Company.
