NAF: Board resolution

Nafoods Group Joint Stock Company announced Company issued Resolution No.07/NQ-HĐQT as follows:

1)    Approving the plan to 2021.

2)    Approving to appointment as follows:

-          Mr. Ryan Walter Galloway was appointed as Deputy CEO cum Director in charge of business as from July 01, 2018.

-          Ms. Diep Thi My Hao was appointed as Deputy CEO cum CFO as from July 01, 2018.

-          Mr. Lam Trung Kien was appointed as Deputy CEO as from July 01, 2018.

3)    Approving the resignation as follows:

-          Approving the resignation of Ms. Phan Thi Minh Chau as Deputy CEO in charge of financial  as from July 01, 2018.

-          Approving the resignation of Mr. Nguyen Tien Chinh as Deputy CFO in charge of production as from July 01, 2018.

4)    Approving the contents of the 2018 AGM.
