Dong Phu Rubber Joint Stock Company announced Company issued Resolution No.64/NQ-HĐQTCSDP as follows:

-          Mr. Mai Huynh Nhat replaced Mr. Dang Gia Anh as Chairman of the BODs in the term 2017-2021 as from July 01, 2018.

-          Approving the resignation of Mr. Mai Huynh Nhat as Deputy CEO as from July 01, 2018.

-          Approving the second phase of 2017 dividend payment in cash: 20%/par value in August 2018.
