LCG: Capital contribution to South East Quang Tri

On July 24, 2018, the Board of Directors of LICOGI 16 Joint Stock Company approved to contribute its capital to South East Quang Tri Supply Water Joint Stock Company with the following contents:

-          Charter capital: VND150,000,000,000 (LCG contributed VND45,000,000,000; accounting for 30% charter capital of South East Quang Tri Supply Water JSC).

-          To appoint Mr. Bui Duong Hung as the representative of stake of LICOGI 16 Joint Stock Company at Quang Tri Supply Water Joint Stock Company.
