-          Issue ratio: 15% of the outstanding shares

-          Financial resource: the undistributed after-tax profit at 12/31/2017.

-          Record date: August 09, 2018

-          The number of shares distributed to each shareholder will be rounded down. The fractional part (if any) will be cancelled.

-          Time of implementation: in Quarter III/2018.
