IJC: Board resolution on dividend payment

On July 09, the Board of Directors of Becamex Infrastructure Development Joint Stock Company unanimously approved to pay 10% cash dividend for 2017 as follows:

-          Stock code: IJC

-          Charter capital: VND1,370,973,230,000.

-          Payment ratio: 10%/charter capital (1,000 dongs for a share)

-          Total payment amount: VND137,097,323,000.

-          Record date: July 20, 2018

-          Time of payment: August 15, 2018

-          Place of payment:

+        Shareholders whose shares have been deposited: at the securities firms where the shares have been deposited.

+        Shareholders whose shares have not been deposited: at Becamex Infrastructure Development Joint Stock Company as from August 15, 2018.
