PC1: Board resolution on the implement of stock dividend payment

According to the Board resolution dated July 05, 2018, the Board of Directors of Power Construction Joint Stock Company approved the implementation of stock dividend payment as follows:  

-          Name of stock: Stock of Power Construction Joint Stock Company

-          Stock type: common stock

-          Par value: VND10,000/share

-          Purpose: to issue shares to pay dividends for 2017

-          Number of issued shares: 115,452,842 shares

-          Number of outstanding shares: 115,452,410 shares

-          Number of treasury shares: 432 shares

-          Number of shares expected for stock dividend payment: 17,317,861 shares

-          Total expected issue value: VND173,178,610,000.

-          Issue rat: 15% on the outstanding shares

-          Financial resource: the undistributed after-tax profit

-          Restriction period: none

-          Issue date: in Quarter III/2018

-          The number of shares distributed to each shareholder will be rounded down. The fractional part (if any) will be cancelled.
