The Board of Directors of Viet Nam Electrical Equipment Joint Stock Corporation (code: GEX) announces the result of the first phase of the exercise of warrants as follows:

-          Number of outstanding warrants before the exercise: 1,800 warrants

-          Number of warrants executed in the first phase: 1,440 warrants

-          Issue ratio: 50,000 shares/ 01 warrant

-          Number of shares issued in the first phase: 72,000,000 shares

-          Issue price: VND16,600/share

-          Total proceeds from the stock issuance: VND1,195,200,000,000

-          Charter capital increased: VND720,000,000,000

-          Charter capital after the stock issuance: VND3,388,000,000,000

-          Number of outstanding shares after the stock issuance: 338,800,000 shares
