-        Purpose: to organize the 2018 Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders.

-        Meeting date:  8:30, September 10, 2018           

-        Meeting venue: Head office of FECON Mining Joint Stock Company, Thi Son Industrial Group, Thi Son town, Kim Bang district, Ha Nam province.

-        Content of the meeting:

• To ensure the financial resources and experience in pile driving;
• The holding ratio of major shareholders: at least 51% stake (equivalent to 20,910,000 shares and over).
