CII: CII to issue VND580 billion bonds

On July 16, 2018, the Board of Directors of Ho Chi Minh City Infrastructure Investment Joint Stock Company (CII) approved the plan for issuing bonds via private placement as follows:

-          Bond type: non-convertible, secured bond

-          Maximum issue value: VND580 billion.

-          Par value: VND100,000/bond

-          Maximum issue volume: 5,800,000 bonds

-          Bond term (maximum): 366 days

-          Issue date: in Quarter 3 of 2018
