HPX: Approving to plan for private placement of bonds

On July 10, 2018, the Board of Directors of Hai Phat Investment Joint Stock Company approved to plan for 2018 private placement of bonds with the following contents:

-          Bond type: non-convertible bond, no warrant and secured corporate bonds.

-          Issue method: via Bond depository company

-          Currency issue: VND

-          Issue object: domestic and foreign institution, domestic and foreign individuals.

-          Issue form: book entry

-          Par value: VND1,000,000,000/bond

-          Expected issue volume: 500 bonds, equivalent to VND500,000,000,000

-          Expected issue price: 100% par value

-          Use capital plan: to increase its working capital and invest in projects.

-          Bond term: 03 years

-          Expected issue date: Q3.2018

-          Interest rate: Bonds are paid interest after each period.

-          Interest payment method: Once a year or twice a year.

-          Bond depository company: MB Securities Joint Stock Company (MBS)

-          Bond settlement company: Military Commercial Joint Stock Bank (MBB) or MB Securities Joint Stock Company (MBS)
