CDO: The second annual general meeting of 2018 is unsuccessful

On July 26, 2018, the second 2018 Annual General Meeting of Shareholders of Consultancy Design and Urban Development JSC was organized. However, at 9:00 on July 26, 2018, the number of shareholders owning or authorized to attend the General Meeting is not enough to represent at least 51% of the voting shares according to the company’s charter. Therefore, the second 2018 Annual General Meeting of Consultancy Design and Urban Development JSC was not eligible to proceed.
