OGC: The Second Annual General Meeting of 2018 is unsuccessful

On July 27, 2018, the Second Annual General Meeting of 2018 of Ocean Group Joint Stock Company was organized in Ha Noi City. However, until 9:00, July 27, 2018, the number of shareholders participating in the meeting was 13 shareholders, equivalent to 1.19% of the total voting shares and less than 51% on the total voting shares of the Company. Therefore, the Second Annual General Meeting of 2018 was not eligible to proceed.
