CDO: Notice of delisting shares on HOSE

On July 26, 2018, the Hochiminh Stock Exchange (HOSE) issued Announcement No.984/TB-SGDHCM regarding the delisting of stock of Consultancy Design and Urban Development JSC (CDO):

-          Number of shares delisted : 31,504,975 shares

-          Value of shares delisted     : VND315,049,750,000.

-          The stock CDO is delisted on the Hochiminh Stock Exchange under Decision No.276/QD-SGDHCM dated July 26, 2018.

-          Reason: because of the serious violation of disclosure obligations of the listed firm and to protect the interests of investors as defined at Point 1.11 - Article 26 of the Listing Regulation on Hochiminh Stock Exchange promulgated with Decision No.85/QD-SGDHCM dated March 19, 2018 by Hochiminh Stock Exchange.

-          Effective delisting date: August 06, 2018

-          Last trading date: June 01, 2018
