On July 24, 2018, HOSE issued Decision No.272/QD-SGDHCM to allow Viet Nam Electrical Equipment Joint Stock Corporation (securities code: GEX) to change the listing as follows:

-        Number of shares before additional listing: 266,800,000 shares

-        Additional volume: 72,000,000 shares

-        Total additional value (based on par value): VND720,000,000,000

-        Number of shares after additional listing: 338,800,000 shares

-        Total value after additional listing: VND3,388,000,000,000

-        Effective date of the listing license: July 26, 2018

-        Reason of change: This is the number of shares issued to the first phase of exercise of warrants.
