VRE: Resolution on the 2018 AGM

On June 07, 2018, Vincom Retail Joint Stock Company announces Resolution of Annual General Meeting 2018 as follows:

1)    Approving the report on the BOD activities.

2)    Approving the report on the business result in 2017:

-          Net revenue:  5,518 billion dong

-          Profit before tax: 2,169 billion dongs

-          Profit after tax: 2,028 billion dongs

-          Undistributed profit after tax at 31 Dec 2017 (consolidated financial statements): 2,786,541,240,791 dongs.

3)    Approving the business plan in 2018.

4)    Approving the report from the Supervisory Board in 2017.

5)    Approving the audited financial statements in 2017

6)    Approving to plan the 2017 profit distribution: the company’s profit will be retained to use for business production.

7)    Approving to change its business lines.

8)    Approving amend and supplement its charter.

9)    Approving the remuneration of the BOD and Supervisory Board.

10) Approving to elect the BOD member for the period 2018 – 2023.
