9. Issue ratio: 20% of the outstanding volume
10. Financial resource: the undistributed after-tax profit.
11. Record date: June 20, 2018
12. Plan to deal with fractional shares: The distributed shares will be rounded down. The fractional shares (if any) will be cancelled.   

For example, if shareholder A owns 101 shares at the record date, he will receive 20 new shares. The fractional part (0.2 share) will be cancelled.
