PME: The record date for stock dividend payment for 2017 On May 31, 2018, HOSE issued Announcement No.763/TB-SGDHCM on the record date of Pymepharco Joint Stock Company (PME) as follows:
- Ex-right date: June 07, 2018
- Record date: June 08, 2018
- Purpose: to pay stock dividends for 2017.
- Detailed information:
- Estimated issue volume: 9,784,125 shares
- Exercise ratio: 100:15 (Those who own 100 shares will receive 15 new shares)
- Plan to deal with fractional shares: The distributed shares will be rounded down. The fractional shares will be distributed to the Company’s Labor Union in order to raise the Company’s charter capital after the issuance to VND750,116,250,000.
For example, if shareholder A owns 201 shares at the record date, he will receive 30 new shares. The fractional part (0.15 share) will be cancelled.
