SAM: Correction to the resolution on issuing corporate bonds

SAM Holdings Corporation announces Board Resolution No.34/2018 dated June 15, 2018 to replace Board Resolution No.32/2018 dated June 12, 2018. Of which, the SAM Holdings corrected the “buyer” to “consulting firm”.

Hereinafter is the content of Board Resolution No.34/2018:

The Board of Directors of SAM Holdings Corporation approved to issue bonds as follows:

-          Consulting firm: Agribank Securities Joint-Stock Corporation

-          Total issue volume: VND100 billion

-          Purpose: to increase the working capital of SAM Holdings Corporation

-          Issue date: in June 2018

-          Bond term: 01 year from the first disbursement date.
