SAM: Board resolution on issuing corporate bonds

The Board of Directors of SAM Holdings Corporation approved to issue bonds as follows:

-          Buyer: Agribank Securities Joint-Stock Corporation

-          Total issue volume: VND100 billion

-          Purpose: to increase the working capital of SAM Holdings Corporation

-          Issue date: in June 2018

-          Bond term: 01 year from the first disbursement date.
