CTG: Board approves an agreement on bond issuance

On June 08, 2018, the Board of Directors of Viet Nam Joint Stock Commercial Bank for Industry and Trade (Vietinbank) approved an agreement on the issue consulting, issue agent, registration agent and payment agent for the private offering of bonds in 2018 between Vietinbank and Vietnam Bank for Industry and Trade Securities Joint Stock Company (Vietinbanksc), a subsidiary of Vietinbank.
