PNC: BOD Resolution on stake transfer

On June 28 2018, the Board of Directors of Phuong Nam Cultural Joint Stock Corporation approved to transfer the stake worth VND160 billion, accounting for 12.5% charter capital of  Viet Nam CGV CJ Company Limited.

Time of implementation: no later than July 05, 2018.

Transferee: Black Diamond Investment Joint Stock Company.
