SCD: SCD delays Annual General Meeting

On June 12, 2018, the Board of Directors of Chuong Duong Beverages Joint Stock Company (stock code: SCD) issued an announcement to announce the meeting date of Annual General Meeting 2018 to be June 27, 2018. However, in order to prepare documents for the meeting, the Company cannot organize the meeting on June 27, 2018.

The Board of Directors decided to delay the Annual General Meeting until July 2018. The particular time and place will be announced later.
