PC1: Board approves to transfer Mong An Hydropower Project

On June 14, 2018, the Board of Directors of Power Construction Joint Stock Company approved to transfer Mong An Hydropower Project and change the name of owner of Mong An Hydropower Project from Power Construction Joint Stock Company (PC1) to Northern Energy Investment Joint Stock Company (*), as follows:

-          Transferee: Northern Energy Investment Joint Stock Company (90% owned by Power Construction Joint Stock Company)

-          Head office: Na Pong, Ly Bon, Bao Lam, Cao Bang

-          Transfer value: equal to the book value at the time of transfer.

-          Time of transfer: by Quarter III/2018.
