LGL: LGL completes to buy stake at Nghia Do

On June 15, 2018, Long Giang Investment and Urban Development Joint Stock Company completed to buy 26.57% shares of Nghia Do Service Trading Joint Stock Company. Therefore Long Giang Investment and Urban Development Joint Stock Company will increase the ownership ratio at Nghia Do Service Trading Joint Stock Company from 25.89% to 52.46% of charter capital (equivalent to 1,063,820 shares).

           At present, the charter capital of Nghi Do Service Trading Joint Stock Company is VND 20,280,000,000 (equivalent to 2,028,000 shares).
