On June 23, 2018, Hoang Quan Consulting – Trading – Service Real Estate Corporation announces Resolution of Annual General Meeting 2018 as follows:

1. Approving the report on the Board of Directors activities in 2017 and plan for 2018.
2. Approving the business result in 2017 and business plan in 2018.
   1. Business result in 2017:

-          Net revenue:          367.5 billion dongs

-          Profit after tax:       65.4 billion dongs.

1. Business plan in 2018:

-          Net revenue:          1,632 billion dongs

-          Profit after tax:        172 billion dongs.

1. Approving the report from the Supervisory Board activities in 2017 and plan for 2018.
2. Approving the audited financial statements in 2017.
3. Approving to plan the 2017 profit distribution.
4. Approving the remuneration of BOD and Supervisory Board in 2017 and plan for 2018:

-          In 2017:     98,065,995 dongs.

-          In 2018:    

+ BOD:                             0.1% of profit after tax

+ Supervisory Board:        0.05% of profit after tax.

1. Approving the selection of one of the audit firms to audit financial statements in 2018:

-          A&C Auditing and Consulting Company Limited ;

-          Viet Nam AFC Auditing Company Limited.
