FLC: FLC Group to receive the stake transfer at Rosland

On June 26, 2018, the Board of Directors of FLC Group Joint Stock Company approved the policy on receiving shares at Rosland Join Stock Company as follows:

-       Target company: Rosland Join Stock Company

-       Stock type: common stock, freely-transferable

-       Par value: VND10,000/share

-       Number of shares to be transferred: 980,000 shares

-       Transfer price: not less than the par value

After the transaction, FLC Group Joint Stock Company will own 980,000 shares, accounting for 49% of the charter capital of Rosland Join Stock Company.
