HII: HII raises stake at An Thanh

Based on Decision of An Phat – Yen Bai Mineral & Plastic Joint Stock Company dated June 12, 2018, the Board of Directors approved to contribute VND59,400,000,000 at An Thanh General Production Joint Stock Company.

     After the capital contribution completes, An Phat – Yen Bai Mineral & Plastic Joint Stock Company will increase its stake at An Thanh General Production Joint Stock Company to VND110,400,000,000 (equivalent to 69.25% of charter capital of An Thanh General Production Joint Stock Company).

     Time of implementation: expected in June 2018.
