LDG Investment Joint Stock Company announces the Board resolution dated June 12, 2018 as follows:

            The Board of Directors approved to receive the transfer of stake at Dai Thinh Phat Construction Joint Stock Company:

-          Number of shares to be transfer: 2,997,150 shares

-          Total value: VND29,971,500,000

-          Purpose: to increase the owning ratio of LDG at Dai Thinh Phat Construction Joint Stock Company.

-          Transfer price: no more than VND29,971,500,000.
