FTM: Board Resolution _ June 27, 2018

On June 27, 2018, the Board of Directors of Duc Quan Investment and Development Joint Stock Company (stock code: FTM) approved the following issues:

1)    The Board of Directors decided to choose PKF Vietnam Co., Ltd. to be the audit firm for FTM in 2018.

2)    The Board of Directors approved the resignation of Ms. Pham Thi Ha as Chief Accountant as from July 01, 2018.

3)    The Board of Directors appointed Mr. Hoang Khac Huy as Chief Accountant as from July 01, 2018.
