TLD: Resolution on the first 2018 EGM

Thang Long Urban Development and Construction Investment Joint Stock Company announces the Resolution of the first 2018 Extraordinary General Meeting dated June 27, 2018 with the following contents:

1)    Approving to implement project for construction investment of Industry Plywood Production Factory at Bac Dong Hoi Industrial Park, Quang Binh.

-          Total area:  4.87 ha

-          Total investment: VND250,000,000,000 (including 70% of equity and loan account for 30% of total investment).

-          The duration of the project: 50 years

-          Progress of the works:

+ Q3.2018:  commencement

+ Q4.2018: operation

2)    Approving the suspension of the implementation of project for construction investment of Industry Plywood Processing Factory at Phu Loc Industrial cluster, Thua Thien Hue.

3)    Approving the resignation of Ms. Le Thi Anh as member of Supervisory Board.
