VTB: Board Resolution No.14 _ May 23, 2018

Viettronics Tan Binh Joint Stock Company (VTB) announces Board Resolution No.14 dated May 23, 2018 as follows:

Article 1: The Board of Directors approved the following reports:

1)    Report on business performance in the first 4 months of 2018 of VTB and member companies:

-          Revenue in 04 months of 2018: 144.9 billion dongs

-          Profit after tax in 04 months of 2018: 2.39 billion dongs

2)    Report on Pham Van Hai, Cat Lai Projects.

3)    Report on the extension of land lease at 248A No Trang Long.

4)    Report on the cooperation with Skyworth, Toshiba.

5)    Report on other cooperations.

Article 2: The Board of Directors agreed with the Board of Supervisors to choose UHY Audit And Advisory Services Limited as the audit company for VTB in 2018.
