TLG: BODs Resolution on planning stock issuance to raise capital

On May 24, 2018, Thien Long Group Corporation issue Resolution No.10/2018/NQ-HĐQT on planning stock issuance to raise capital from the owner’s equity with the following contents:

-          To submit the report on the stock issuance to raise capital from the owner's equity to the State Securities Commission.

-          Record date to issue shares for capital increase: Q3.2018.

-          Capital resources to issue shares for capital increase: from undistributed profit after tax at the audited financial statements 31 Dec 2017.
