DPG: Board resolution on capital contribution

According to the Board resolution dated May 22, 2018, the Board of Directors of Dat Phuong Joint Stock Company approved to increase the contributed capital at 30-4 Quang Ngai Joint Stock Company by VND31,725,000,000 from VND212,625,000,000 to VND244,350,000,000. Accordingly, Dat Phuong Joint Stock Company will increase the stake by buying common shares in the public offering of 30-4 Quang Ngai Joint Stock Company.
