GIL: The consulting company for the issuance of bonds and shares

The Board of Directors of Binh Thanh Import Export Production and Trade JSC approved to hire a consulting company for the following works:

-          To issue shares to execute the second dividend payment for 2017;

-          To issue bonus shares to the Company’s employees;

-          To issue shares to the existing shareholders;

-          To issue corporate bonds.

The Board of Directors authorized the CEO to choose and sign an agreement with the consulting company to execute the works above.
