1)    The Board of Directors approved the second cash dividend payment for 2017:

-          Payment ratio: 12%/charter capital

-          Estimated record date: May 28, 2018

2)    The Board of Directors approved to choose Viet Values Audit And Consulting Company Limited as the audit firm for Sai Gon Fuel Joint Stock Company in 2018, with the audit fee of VND90 million.
