AAA: Increasing the stake in An Phat High-tech

On May 16, 2018, the Board of Directors of An Phat Plastic and Green Environment Joint Stock Company approved the additional capital contribution of VND659,000,000,000 to An Phat High Tech Industrial Park Company Limited. After the capital contribution completed, An Phat Plastic and Green Environment Joint Stock Company will raise VND875,000,000,000 of stake at An Phat High Tech Industrial Park Company Limited, equivalent to 96.15% of charter capital.
