SCR: Approving to receive the transfer of shares from Nguyen Kim Da Nang

On May 24, 2018, the Board of Directors of Sai Gon Thuong Tin Real Estate Joint Stock Company approved to receive the transfer of 5,745,240 shares, equivalent to 297,000,000,000 dongs (contributed 90% of charter capital) from Nguyen Kim Da Nang Trading Joint Stock Company. After the transfer completed, Nguyen Kim Da Nang Trading Joint Stock Company will become a subsidiary of Sai Gon Thuong Tin Real Estate Joint Stock Company.
