QBS: BODs Resolution on capital contribution at Cat Long

On May 11, 2018, the Board of Directors of Quang Binh Import and Export Joint Stock Company decided to contribute 198,000,000,000 dongs, equivalent to 99% of charter capital of Cat Long Import and Export Joint Stock Company. Ms. Nguyen Thi Thanh Huong who is the representative of stake of Quang Binh Import and Export Joint Stock Company at Cat Long Import and Export Joint Stock Company.
