HID: Resolution on the capital contribution

Halcom VietNam Joint Stock Company announces the Board resolution dated May 09, 2018 as follows:

            The Board of Directors approved to contribute VND100 billion into CENWINDCO, increasing its stake at CENWINDCO to VND140 billion, equivalent to 93.33%. The contributed  capital will be used to invest in Phuong Mai 3 Wind Power Plant in Nhon Hoi Economic Zone.
