PHR: Approving to issue bonus shares to existing shareholders

On May 21, 2018, the Board of Directors of Phuoc Hoa Rubber Joint Stock Company approved to issue the bonus shares to existing shareholders for capital increase from the owner’s equity with the following contents:

-          Stock name: Phuoc Hoa Rubber Joint Stock Company

-          Stock type: common share

-          Par value: 10,000 dongs/share

-          Number of shares issued: 81,300,000 shares

-          Number of outstanding shares: 81,300,000 shares

-          Number of treasury shares: 0 share

-          Number of shares expected to be issued: 54,200,000 shares

-          Total value (based on par value): VND542,000,000,000

-          Issue ratio: 3:2 (shareholder who owns 03 shares will receive 02 new shares).

-          Time of implementation: June 2018.
