AAA: Board Resolution on Capital Increase

An Phat Plastic and Green Environment Joint Stock Company announces the Board resolution dated May 21, 2018 as follows:

1)    The Board of Directors approved to increase the charter capital and change the business license:

-          Registered charter capital: VND835,999,880,000.

-          New charter capital: VND1,671,999,760,000.

-          Time of change: May 2018

2)    The Board of Directors approved to register to change the Company’s Charter regarding the new charter capital.
