FRT: The record date for a share issuance

FPT Digital Retail Joint Stock Company announces the record date for a share issuance toincrease the equity:

-   Stock symbol:                         FRT

-   Par value:                               VND10,000

-   Ex-right date:                      May 24, 2018   

-   Record date:                       May 25, 2018                       

-          Purpose: share issuance toincrease the equity.

-   Exercise ratio: 10:7              

(The one who owns 10 shares will receive 07 new shares).

-   Estimated issue volume: 28,000,000 shares.

-    Plan to deal with fractional shares:

The distributed shares will be rounded down. The remaining shares and fractional shares (if any) will be canceled.

For example, if shareholder A owns 102 shares at the record date, he will buy: (102*07)/10 = 71.14 shares. However, because of rounding down, he will be entitled to buy only 71 new shares.
