GEX: Resolution on the issue of share for the exercise of warrants

Viet Nam Electrical Equipment Joint Stock Corporation (code: GEX) announces the Board resolution dated May 14, 2018 as follows:

1)    The Board of Directors approved to divide the exercise of warrants into two phases with the following warrants:

-          Phase 1: to exercise 1,440 warrants

-          Phase 2: to exercise the remaining warrants.

2)    The Board of Directors approved to issue shares for the first phase of exercise of warrants:

-          Number of outstanding warrants: 1,800 warrants

-          Number of warrants to be executed in the first phase: 1,440 warrants

-          Name of stock: Stock of Viet Nam Electrical Equipment Joint Stock Corporation

-          Issue ratio: 50,000 shares/ 01 warrant

-          Maximum number of shares expected to be issued: 72,000,000 shares

-          Stock type: common, freely-transferable shares

-          Par value: VND10,000/share

-          Issue price: VND16,600/share

-          Bank for blocking depository money for the first phase:

-          Record date for the exercise of warrants (Phase 1): June 04, 2018
