HOSE announces the record date for the second phase of the 2017 dividend payment of Nam Kim Steel Joint Stock Company:

-   Stock symbol: NKG                                              

-   Ex-right date: June 11, 2018                                                                       

-   Record date: June 12, 2018           

-          Purpose: to pay stock dividends.

-   Exercise ratio:                        40%

The one who owns 100 shares at the record date will receive 40 new shares.

-   Estimated issue volume: 52,000,000 shares.

Place of payment:

-          Shareholders whose shares have been deposited: at the securities firms where the shares have been deposited.

-          Shareholders whose shares have not been deposited: shareholders will receive dividend at Nam Kim Steel Joint Stock Company.
