SJF: BODs Resolution on stock dividend for 2017

On May 25, 2018, the Board of Directors of Sunstar Investment Joint Stock Company approved to pay stock dividend for 2017 as follows:

-          Exercise ratio: 20% (Shareholder who owns 05 shares will receive 01 new share).

-          Expected issue volume: 13,200,000 shares

-          Time of implementation: Q2.2018 or Q3.2018

-          Plan to deal with fractional shares: The distributed shares will be rounded down, the fractional shares will be cancelled.
