LDG: Board resolution on stock dividend payment

LDG Investment Joint Stock Company announces the Board resolution dated May 09, 2018 as follows:

The Board of Directors approved to implement the plan for paying stock dividend:

-          Estimated issue volume: 28,792,405 shares

-          Exercise ratio: 18%

-          Plan to deal with fractional shares: The distributed shares will be rounded down. The fractional shares will be cancelled.
