PME: Board resolution on stock dividend payment for 2017

Pymepharco Joint Stock Company announces the Board resolution dated May 09, 2018 as follows:

The Board of Directors approved to implement the plan for paying stock dividend for 2017:

-          Par value: VND10,000/share

-          Estimated issue volume: 9,784,125 shares

-          Estimated issue value: VND97,841,250,000

-          Exercise ratio: 100:15 (Those who own 100 shares will receive 15 new shares.)

-          Plan to deal with fractional shares: The distributed shares will be rounded down. The fractional shares will be distributed to the Company’s Labor Union.  

-          Financial resource: the undistributed profit until 31/12/2017

-          Time of implementation: after the State Securities Commission approves.
