HSG: Information on purchasing the treasury shares

On April 26, 2018, Hoa Sen Group announces the purchase of treasury shares as follows:

-   Number of treasury shares before trading: 39,300 shares

-   Number of shares registered to purchase: 17,500 shares

-   Purchase price: 10,000 dongs/share

-   Purpose: to make its treasury shares.

Trading period: within 30 days from the State Securities approves.

-   Trading method: to transfer rights via the Vietnam Securities Depository (VSD).
